About DYPUSA

The Dynamic People's Union of South Africa (DYPUSA) is a non-profit trade union dedicated to protecting, advancing, and defending the rights of workers across the Republic of South Africa. Founded on the principles of transformation, autonomy, and equality, we strive to diversify the labour landscape and foster harmony through effective collective bargaining.

What We Do

We are committed to rendering excellent service to our members through several core objectives:

Eradicating Oppression: Working to end exploitation, harassment, and persecution in the workplace.

Better Terms: Negotiating for living wages, annual bonuses, and improved employment conditions.

Job Security: Defending workers' jobs and presenting solutions to avoid unfair dismissals.

Legal Support: Providing expert legal assistance on all employment-related matters.

Training: Coaching members on disciplinary matters and financial advice.
